The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our small and friendly team. Your day would consist of a good mix of consulting and operating. We enjoy a collaborative approach to cases, but you would have clinical freedom and scope to work up cases. With a supportive team at White House, we like to encourage our Vet’s reach their full potential.

We are open to considering part-time applications.

The Rota

  • 4 days per week.
  • Hours are negotiable as are the shift patterns.
  • 1:3 Saturday mornings.
  • No out of hours

About Us

We are a busy first opinion small animal practice with a genuine focus on quality care for our patients. Our bespoke pet health plan is popular and creates a bonded client base. Our facilities include ultrasound, digital radiology, laser therapy and in house lab. We are a VN training practice and are currently working towards RCVS accreditation. We are located in the Malvern Hills-with easy access to the M5/M50 and good schools, it is a great place to raise a family and walk your four-legged friends.

You will work alongside our friendly and happy team of 3 Vets, 3 RVNs,
1 ANA, 2 receptionists and a practice manager. We pride ourselves on being kind, caring and empathetic to all our patients.

As our ideal candidate you will be confident in consultations and have an enthusiasm for surgery. Progression to clinical leadership would be fully supported if desired. We work closely and support our local RSPCA and participate in fund raising events for local charities. We strive for a happy work life balance and value our team.

Applicant Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Vet who is confident with routine procedures and consultations. We would like someone who enjoys communicating and building relationships with clients, who is compassionate and caring and aims for high clinical standards. You would be working as part of a team most of the time but should also be confident with some sole charge.
