Here at Barton Veterinary Hospital in Canterbury we have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Vet to join us at as part of our day team due to our current Vet relocating. We are a progressive first opinion practice that takes referrals in certain disciplines. Our Hospital is extremely well equipped, including facilities such as CT, Endoscopy, laparoscopy, operating microscope, Ultrasound and Radioiodine therapy. We also benefit from our own on-site OOH service which means we offer a great work-life balance as there is no OOH requirement for this role!

Our team is highly collaborative and have a variety of skills and interests such as our Clinical Director is a Certificate holder in Diagnostic Imaging and we also employ a specialist in Cardiology. We work closely as a team and we focus on knowledge sharing, collaboration and clinical standards. We pride ourselves on our work and the cases we receive. Our clients expect nothing but the highest standards of clinical care, and allow us to work up cases fully. We are also a Partner practice to Surrey University Vet School which will give you the opportunity to engage in veterinary education and support the next generation of Vets.

This is a full time role working 40 hours per week and a Saturday morning on a rota. However as a flexible employer we are happy to discuss different working hours. This role would be an ideal opportunity for a current or aspiring Certificate holder.
