We achieved hospital status in 1995 and have a large team of dedicated staff, and extensive facilities in order to offer caring and comprehensive services to both referring vets and pet owners alike.

State-of-the-art digital imaging facilities: digital X-ray, MRI and CT scanning machines are all right here on site.

We are a leading RCVS specialist-led, multi-disciplinary referral hospital in Castle Donington near Derby, specialising in Neurology, Orthopaedics, Soft Tissue, Oncology and Dermatology as well as a 1 st Opinion and out of hours emergency service. We see referral cases from practices across the Midlands and are a clinical associate practice for the University of Nottingham Veterinary School.

The hospital has superb in-house facilities including Siemens 1.5T MRI and 16 slice CT

The ideal candidate must hold a BSc in Radiography with experience in MRI imaging, a keen interest in working with animals is essential. The candidate must enjoy working efficiently within a multi-disciplinary team with excellent communication and organisational skills.
