Maternity cover night nurse PART TIME

Are you a registered veterinary nurse looking for hospital based role where you can develop your medical, surgical, emergency, clinical coaching and anaesthesia skills in a large and supportive team?

Animed Veterinary Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a friendly, passionate and motivated RVN to further complement our already fantastic team of receptionists, PCA's, RVN's, SVN's and Vets. Our hospital is in a spacious, well equipped location in Shedfield. We hold ISFM silver status and are an accredited RCVS hospital and training practice.

Nurses really do get to nurse! CPD is encouraged and funded and all employees are supported with personal, tailored development plans. Several of our vets are certificate holders which allows for a varied caseload including orthopaedic and soft tissue surgery, ultrasonography, ophthalmology, internal medicine and endoscopy.

We are looking for an RVN to work 2 nights per week (Wednesday and Thursday nights), the shifts are 7:30pm till 8:30am.

Duties include but not limited to caring for a varied case load, general anaesthesia, schedule 3 as required. We have a very supportive and stable night vet team.
