GVC are helping a brilliant and wonderful charity practice in Portsmouth who are seeking an experienced Vet Surgeon to join their well-rounded and friendly team. The practice has brand new machinery and has just had its kennels and consult rooms refurbished!

Vacancy Details (Job Description)

• Up to £52,000 DOE
• 100% Small Animal
• No On-call or OOH and no Sole Charge
• Team size 7 Vets as well as support from nurses and assistants
• CPD proactively encouraged
• RCVS paid in full
• 5 weeks holiday + Bank Holidays – based on a 37.5 hour week
• Private Healthcare

• You’re RCVS (www.rcvs.org.uk) registered and have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
• You are a passionate people person and thrive when you are part of a team.
• You enjoy communicating clearly and effectively with your clients.
• You have good literacy and superb people skills
• You’d like to expand your clinical skills by undertaking additional courses to further your knowledge.
• You have the relevant skill set of a graduate with 1+ years post qualification experience.
