Are you an RVN looking for a new exciting challenge? Want to work in a role with no on call or OOH?

Due to continued growth within the practice we are seeking a registered veterinary nurse to join our team at Twyford Veterinary Centre. This is a newly created role within the existing team, consisting of Veterinary Surgeons Kate, our internal medicine specialist and Michael, who is currently completing his advanced practitioner certificate in Cardiology. Natasha, our new grad, will be joining the team in August.

Our nursing team is supported and lead by our Head Nurse Nicky, who brings experience from working in both a referral hospital and primary care setting. Nicky is also currently studying towards a certificate in medical nursing.

We are looking for a RVN to join our team who would like to help mentor our student nurses, Steph and Charlie, and work with the team to achieve the goals of the practice.

Ideally we are looking for a RVN to join the team full time some however some flexibility regarding part time work for the right candidate will be considered.

You will be based at Twyford Veterinary Clinic but will, on occasion, help support our sister practices within the Active Vetcare Group. There is no OOH or on call and the Saturday morning rota is 1:4 with time back in lieu, starting from November 2021. We can offer full time or part time hours.
