Would you like to work for Petmedics on our twilight shift?
We are looking for someone to work alongside the clinical team during the twilight shift at Petmedics – Worsley on a 6 month fixed term contract.
As our Animal Care Auxiliary Assistant you will be empathetic, passionate about the industry and will be compassionate about animal care; someone who strives to deliver the very best service for our animals and clients, every single time.
Your role will mainly involve taking care of the wellbeing of our patients by maintaining a clean and hygienic environment at all times, assisting with animal handling along with cleaning the consultation rooms.
You will enjoy being part of a busy fast paced working environment. This can be a really rewarding role where you will play a crucial part to our client's pets to live happier, healthy and longer lives.
As a team we have really pulled together during these difficult times, a fantastic team spirit is crucial to us and it will be to you too.
This is a full-time role on a 6 month fixed term contract and the hours are from 5pm – 4.30am working on a 4 on, 4 off rota pattern.

- Animal handling and predominantly supporting the veterinary team in all aspects of clinical practice
- Nursing care to patients
- Preparation of emergency and operating facilities
- General cleaning and maintenance duties
- Providing a friendly, efficient and effective service to our lovely clients
