The role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced vet to lead our 2-vet Harmans Water practice in Berkshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a clinically confident vet seeking a little more responsibility in their career. With the support of our Regional Director and 9 other local practices we ask that you provide exceptional care to our longstanding friendly client base and their pets.

We would like you to be client-orientated, an excellent communicator, and be able to work to a high standard both medically and surgically.

Remuneration package & hours: The position is 4 days per week, 9am-7pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays or 1 in 6 full weekends at our Wokingham 24 Hour practice.
Basic Salary up to £67,000
CPD allowance: £1,500 per annum + 3 days CPD leave per annum
RCVS, VDS & BVA fees paid by Medivet
5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays

The branch: The practice is well equipped with digital x-ray, dental x-ray, portable ultrasound, doppler blood pressure and a multiparameter that includes ECG, capnography, pulse oximetry and oscillometric blood pressure.

You will have easy access to our 24-hour centre in Wokingham, and we have nearby practices that specialise in orthopaedics, soft tissue surgery, dermatology, medicine, ultrasonography, dentistry, exotics and ophthalmology.

Harmans Water is a leafy suburb of Bracknell close to the M3 and M4 with good transport links to Reading and London. We have a beautiful garden full of wildlife, and a set of shops and leisure centre just round the corner.
