Then we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Vet with an interest in leading committed and supportive teams based in Irby and Neston, to join us as our Clinical Director. We can also consider an RVN who has previous experience in a similar role or looking to take the next step in their career to join us as Practice Director. We are a Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons Small Animal GP accredited practices, meaning we have attained a high standard of veterinary care. The GP level is the top standard for a first opinion practice! Only a veterinary hospital can achieve higher.

This is a role which will allow you to maintain your clinical skills whilst utilising and developing people leadership and business management skills. Experience in the promotion and development of colleagues along with good knowledge of practice financial stability and growth would be an advantage.
