Our practice Tremain are looking for a passionate and forward thinking individual to lead and guide their team across our two branches in Oxfordshire.

As our new Clinical Director you will be responsible for leadership and staff development, maintaining our high standards of client and patient care and identifying ways in which we can improve.

You will liaise closely with the Regional Director and have the support of our Hub Clinical Lead to ensure the practice continues to deliver outstanding service. We are able to offer a very attractive salary of up to £70K DOE plus bonus scheme for this role.

To succeed in this role you will need to be a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon with a track record in leadership and be committed to the wellbeing of your staff and colleagues. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week with a share in the Saturday rota.
