frank. Pet Surgeons is a Specialist led Surgical Referral Hospital that offers a wide range of Orthopaedic, Neurosurgery and Soft Tissue pro-cedures. We are looking for an ECVS/ACVS/RCVS diplomat surgeon to join our expanding team and work at the highest level in a relaxed, friendly and supportive environment. The position is 4 days per week with 1 in 4 weekends on call.

frank. Pet Surgeons ethos is to make specialist surgical care more accessible with a focus on excellent client care. We offer a full range
of published fixed prices that are backed up by a 6 month surgical complication warranty. This open, honest and transparent approach
is what sets us apart.

frank. Pet Surgeons is based just south of Leeds city centre with onsite 16 slice CT and DR radiography. We are fully equipped with a wide range
of surgical equipment including Biomedtrix Universal and Micro/Nano THR, LCP system, SOP system, Karl Storz Arthroscopy, Pedicle Screw System and Desouttar drills.

You would be joining a team of two diplomats (1 ECVS and 1 ACVS), one ECVS residency trained clinician and one experienced certificate holder. The surgeons are supported by 4 surgical interns, 11 RVNs and 3 animal care assistants. Client care is at the heart of our culture with the pet, pet owner, referring vet and staff all being equally important. We offer a pro bono scheme whereby when a referring veterinary practice has referred a specified number of cases they receive a 'free case' to refer for a pet that otherwise could not receive referral care.

We are ideally looking for an ECVS/ACVS/RCVS diplomat although we would consider a surgeon who has completed a residency. The surgeon should have a positive outlook, good interpersonal skills and the flexibility to integrate into the team whilst also encouraging team progression.
