MiNightVet Chester

The MiNightVet Chester service have an exciting new opportunity for a registered veterinary nurse to join the friendly and experienced out of hours team.

MiNightVet Chester is a small animal out of hours veterinary emergency service, welcoming dogs, cats, birds, exotics, poultry and small mammals. We are based in Chester providing emergency overnight and weekend care to clients. We run a busy and varied emergency service based at a leading RVCS specialist-led, multi- disciplinary referral hospital.

The role:

• Responsibilities include inpatient care.
• Assisting with surgical and medical procedures.
• Client care and communication.
• Triaging and dealing with emergencies.
• Post qualification experience or an interest in emergency and critical care would be desirable but not essential.
• The position is a combination Monday-Friday daytime shifts and weekend shifts totalling to 37 hours per week.
• We are looking for a team player and someone who is diligent and efficient with a great work ethic.
