Experienced Full Time Equine Vet required Sussex – Cinder Hill Equine

We are looking for an equine vet with ideally some stud experience but for mainly routine work treating our mixed professional and pleasure horse clients. We found someone brilliant but they have very sadly been offered their dream residency job! We can offer an established and experienced team to support your development in all areas of modern equine work including orthopaedics, medicine and dentistry plus a generous salary and time off with a reduced rota in a beautiful part of the country.

The role will suit someone with some experience of stud work but there is significant flexibility to carve out your own areas of interest as well whether it is medical, orthopaedic or dental.

Our practice caseload is primarily ambulatory involving sports horses on local studs and private yards although we have a well-equipped clinic with visiting surgeons and specialists. The successful candidate should be able to work unsupported in most areas and will join our generous rota with 7 other vets and our out of hours service, Equicall.

We are based around the beautiful Ashdown Forest in rural Mid Sussex with easy access to London and the south coast.
