Registered Veterinary Nurse
If you like a challenge, a role where every day is different and smashing supportive colleagues to work alongside, then this could be the role for you. You could be assisting the operating vet in theatre, assisting clients with clinics or supporting the recovery of our clients in the wards. The position is 5 days (either 8-5, 9-6, 10-7) plus 1:3 Saturdays (8-5). No OOH. Salary range £23,000 - £26,000 depending on experience.
Well House is a two branch practice nestled on the outskirts of Winnie the Pooh country, Ashdown Forest. Our Tunbridge Wells practice is well placed for the historic pantiles and its busy social scene. Both practices have main line train stations to London, Gatwick airport is 40 minutes away and the coast, Brighton, is also 40 minutes away. Both practices have excellent facilities, dedicated dental suite, dog and cat wards, ultrasound, endoscopy, digital x-ray and capnograph. We are a 5 vet practice over two branches, Head Nurse, 3 RVN's, 3 SVN's and support staff. We enjoy socialising, cake Friday and support various local animal charities.
We are looking for people who enjoy the unpredictability of the role, people who will thrive on the unexpected. They must be flexible, enjoy sharing their knowledge and supporting other members of the team. The candidates must be qualified RVN's. Clinical Coach experience would be desirable for one role and essential for another. An interest in Dentals would be great and an interest in clinics and developing client relationships desirable.
