An exciting opportunity has arisen for Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-known and accredited Hospital in Worcester. Considering a move? This could be the role for you.
The practice:
This well-equipped practice is leading the way in diagnostic imaging in Worcestershire, with their newest investment; a 64 slice Toshiba Aquillon CT scanner! They have a range of state of the art equipment which allows them to offer services such as laparoscopic neutering, diagnostic testing (through x-ray, doppler scanner, CT scanner, blood testing, ultrasound, ECG and endoscopy) and they even have a hydrotherapy pool onsite.
My client is an accredited Cat Friendly Clinic awarded by the I Cat Care (ICC) with the International Society of Feline Medicine (ISFM). Due to their ever-expanding first opinion and referral case load, they are looking for a Vet Surgeon to join their friendly and experienced team.
The role:
- Veterinary Surgeon - Full or Part Time considered
- 4 days per week
- 1 in 4 weekends
- No OOH
- Excellent work/ life balance
The candidate:
My client is ideally looking for a Vet with a minimum of 2 years UK experience.
The current Vets in the practice have a particular interest in orthopaedics and would welcome applicants that have a Medical Certificate but this isn’t essential as they would happily encourage you to undertake a certificate if desired.
Most importantly, you will be cheerful and confident with strong people skills.
