We require one or two quite special individuals to join our practice team, providing veterinary consults and operating capacity between our Tier 3 RCVS accredited hospital in Ashford and our two well equipped practices branch practices in Hythe and New Romney. The role is full time, 4 days a week with a share of Saturday mornings between our two branch sites (Hythe and New Romney) on a 1:3 rota.

Barrow Hill Veterinary Group is made up of our flagship hospital and
our two branch practices in Hythe and New Romney. We offer premium veterinary services to the South Kent region whilst taking referrals from other IVC Evidensia practices in the local area. Our branch practices are well equipped for the day to day cases which present but also some of the more challenging cases. Our hospital is staffed with veterinary sur-geons and RVNs studying certificates in ECC, Anaesthesia, Medicine, Surgery and Diagnostic Imaging.

Our group is made up of up to 12 full time vets and 24 nurses (18 RVNs, 4 SVNs and 2 kennel assistants). All our practices work hard to strive for excellence but in a relaxed environment. Many of our staff have been in place for years and are passionate about providing excellent customer and patient care.

We are looking for veterinary surgeons with at least 3-4 years clinical experience, and at least one year's UK experience. Additional post-graduate qualification would be beneficial but not a pre-requisite. If you have an interest in developing your skill set, this can be well supported given the group's large clinical caseload.
