Veterinary Surgeon (Hornsey and Highgate)
Medivet Hornsey and Highgate are currently seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join their ever-blossoming team!
The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years' experience (UK or equivalent) and be a confident all rounder. It would suit a candidate with an interest in Feline medicine as Hornsey has an onsite cattery and the patient demographic is 70% cats at this clinic.
Salary and benefits:
This role offers a salary of up to £45,000 per annum (depending on experience) includes accommodation allowance and a vehicle or vehicle allowance.
£1,500 CPD allowance with 3 days CPD leave, and in-house CPD training and VDS, RCVS, BVA fees paid. 5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays. Fantastic career progression and partnership opportunities.

Rota and Hours:
This role provides a great work life balance, as this is a full time permanent role, covering 39 hours a week over 4 days. The shift pattern includes 1:3 Saturdays or 1:6 full weekends.
You will have a fair share of bank holiday cover duties and includes on our on-call rota to support our dedicated night team, if required (approx. 3 weeks of the year) enabling the development of your ECC skills and experience.
This role plays a crucial part in part within the Medivet family. It will see you working in different practice environments, allowing you to gain exposure to varied surgeries and learn from a diverse team of veterinary professionals.
