We're hiring! At Leeds and Leeds Colton! Full and Part time Veterinary Surgeons    

We are two family run practices, with a family feel to our teams. We have 5 partners working onsite across the two practices with an amazingly close knit team. We run thriving, efficient and forward-thinking practices based in North East Leeds on the edge of Yorkshire's Golden Triangle.

Our values are old fashioned but our clinicians are not!  Altogether we have 7 vets, 11 nurses (6 RVNS and 4 SVNs), 2 VCAs, 6 receptionists and a practice manager. We welcome everyone to have their own opinion and clinical freedom.

We're a little bit better organised, with positions offered anywhere from 20 hours up to and including a maximum 40 hour week, one in 3 weekends and no on call with the rota currently completed up until the end of 2021. As we know living your life is just as important as your vocation in life.    

We're a little bit more happy to talk about the whole package, depending on your experience, aspirations and life style, we can adjust the salary of £40-50k+ alongside holidays, hours and CPD options to suit you and are open to other ways of supporting you. We don't believe that it's all about the salary.

We're a little bit more conscientious with scheduled lunch breaks, last consult is 45 minutes before we close giving you time to catch up and leave on time and reserved consultation breaks so you can answer messages and laboratory results.   

We're a little bit better at supporting you, with over 70 years of veterinary experience between 5 partners and a full time practice manager, we have seen most things and understand how challenging and rewarding being a vet is. Our team agree as we scored 95% in our annual employee engagement survey carried out during the pandemic. 

We're a little bit more adventurous, with exceptional surgeons and medics in the team already, meaning referring is minimal, and you keep hold of your cases.
