A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for premium, independent practice in Northamptonshire.
You will be joining a family owned, friendly team of 4 vets and 4 nurses. Enjoy practicing from your own personalized consult room in possibly the most beautiful practice in the country. If you are great at making personal connections and passionate about pleasing customers and want to work where clients know their vets by name and expect to trust them for life, this is your dream job.
Case continuity is guaranteed. The practice matches all clients to ‘their’ vet meaning you remain responsible for the health of their pets for life. With complete clinical autonomy and the support of a dedicated team, their goal is delighting customers. Focus on diagnostic choices and affordability instead of sales targets. The role:
4-day week
1 in 4 weekends
No OOH or Bank Holidays
15-minute consults
Own personalized consult room
Beautiful reception area
Supported training for clinical progression
Recent extension & complete refurbishment with a fully equipped clinic including new digital x-ray & ultrasound
Veterinary Nurse Training Centre
The candidate:
Ideally you will have 4 years plus experience but most importantly you will remain calm under pressure, enjoy consulting as much as the clinical side and enjoy being part of a close team and makes the occasional cup of tea.
The benefits:
£50-60k salary (depending on expertise)
Up to 20% of salary on target bonus (not sales based but measurable)
