Based in the lovely seaside town of Barry just 7 miles from Cardiff and 5 minutes' drive from the international airport.

We have 2 clinics, the main site in Barry and our branch practice is in the scenic village of Boverton, 5 miles from the main site in Barry. 

The practices are located along the beautiful South Glamorgan coast. They are dedicated small animal veterinary practices that house great facilities including Digital X-Ray, Ultrasound machine,separate dog, cat and exotic kennels, a bereavement room, separate vet and nurse consulting rooms and an excellent in-house lab. We are a forward thinking practice with a visiting referral surgeon fortnightly. There is always lots to learn!

The Role:

As the Clinical Director you will be leading a team of 5 vets, 1 practice managers, 1 HVN, 2 RVNs, 1 SVN, 4 PCAs and 3 receptionists with client service and excellent clinical standards at the heart of everything we do.

 You will be an excellent communicator that can dynamically lead a clinical team, whilst being instrumental in strategically planning, facilitating and delivering regulatory compliance. This is a full time position working 40 hours per week, over 4 or 5 days, to include some Saturday mornings.
