The Role:

We are looking for a driven Lead Veterinary Surgeon or Vet wanting to join Medivet as a Branch Partner that will drive high clinical standards.

You must be an experienced vet with a client-oriented approach and excellent communication skills, work to a very high standard both medically and surgically and have the drive and ambition to help develop this practice further.

We offer a 4 day working week and have our own dedicated 24 hour centre at Thurnscoe that covers on-call and has a CT scanner for further diagnostic options.

Lead vet position will receive a comprehensive range of benefits including:

- Up to £65,000 salary package depending on experience

Skills & Experience:

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years' UK small animal practice (or UK equivalent) experience.

The Branch:

The practice comprises 3 consult rooms, 1 surgical theatres, digital X-ray, ultrasound and in house lab equipment with up to date analysers and external lab support and services

South Elmsall is in West Yorkshire and is the gateway to the beautiful Yorkshire dales. Once an industrial heartland, the region has been transformed and boasts excellent facilities for music, sport, culture and outdoor activities.

South Elmsall is close to three main cities, Leeds, Sheffield and Manchester, so you can get the best of city life and open countryside, where you can explore the Yorkshire dales or visit several stately homes and gardens.
