Job Details
Our client in Surrey would like another veterinary surgeon to join their large team of veterinary surgeons, nurses and support staff. The successful candidate will join a team with a vast array of interests which include:
- Complex surgery, including many fracture repairs and TPLO's
- Complex medical cases
- Cardiology
- Exotics.
Equipment levels are excellent and include:
- CT Scanner
- Endoscopy
- Laser therapy
- ultrasound
- Laparoscopy
Ideally candidates would be part way though an imaging certificate, but this is not a prerequisite, any small animal interests would be supported with this role.
This role offers excellent work life balance with a 4 day week and light weekends. In addition vets are required to be 2nd on call for a couple of weeks per year to support the night team.
Due to the heavy caseload of those practices, candidates should have around 4 years experience and be confident in all routine aspects of veterinary surgery and medicine.
