An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced neurologist to join our highly regarded Neurology team. The successful applicant will hold, or be eligible to sit, a European Diploma (or equivalent), have had exposure to neurosurgery, and share our aim of providing the best possible level of care for clients, their pets and for referring veterinary surgeons.

At Willows we have some of the best facilities to be found in Specialist multi-disciplinary referral centres in the UK, including Specialist-run Siemens 1.5T MRI, 64 slice CT, and a top quality Nihon-Koden electro-diagnostics unit including EEG capability. The Neurology service at Willows has pioneered the use of 3D printing in spinal surgery and continues to develop further applications for these technique. The outstanding hospital facilities are complimented by an excellent team
of clinical support staff who give our clinicians the opportunity to concentrate on their clinical caseload and to work in a pleasant, supportive and good-humoured atmosphere.

The Neurology team is closely supported by our Specialist Diagnostic Imaging, Anaesthesia and ECC teams, and they have an excellent rela-tionship with our team of five Orthopaedic Surgeons, who are highly experienced in advanced spinal surgical procedures. In addition, they have the support of other full-time Specialists in Soft Tissue Surgery, Ophthalmology, Internal Medicine, Oncology, Cardiology and Dermatology. Our philosophy is very much one of friendly co-operation between all members of the team, across every specialism.

The position will be well remunerated with a fantastic package including six weeks holiday, plus two weeks allowance for funded CPD, a week for approved committee or examining commitments.
