A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our Wokingham 24h practice due to retirement of our cardiologist.

The ideal candidate will hold a Certificate in cardiology or would be working towards one. Full funding can be provided for a certificate with potential to buy out of current training. A client-oriented approach and excellent communication skills is a must, alongside the ability to work to a high standard.

This role works to a 2 day week and you would be taking over all the cardiology referrals from our nearby Medivet practices . 

You will be working in a team of 3 vets and 7 support staff, alongside our experienced night team. You will be working within our well-equipped 24h centre, including digital x-ray, ultrasound, endoscope, blood pressure machine, ECG, full lab including microscope, haematology and biochemistry analyser.

We offer a fantastic package of up to £80k per annum for the right candidate.

Skills & Experience

You must be a Vet Surgeon registered with the RCVS

You must be a Certificate Holder in Cardiology or working towards one
