Clinical Director

Experienced Veterinary Surgeon wanted for a Clinical Director vacancy within a Tier 3 hospital in Bracknell.

Applicants must have strong clinical, business and management understanding. Earning potential comfortably upwards of 70k. Relocation package available!

We are hoping to speak with experienced veterinary individuals with a view to a clinical director role with this Tier 3 hospital. Though experience at clinical director level would potentially be advantageous, confident vet surgeons who have held senior or lead vet positions can be considered providing they possess great leadership skills and decent business acumen.

You will be responsible for an 8-vet hospital with several certificate holders on site and excellent facilities including digital x-ray, ultrasound, dental x-ray and ECG. All of this, within state of the art and spectacular premises, this really is an amazing opportunity for somebody to put their own stamp on an already well-established and highly successful practice.

• Roughly 60/40 split of clinical/managerial duties
• Staff management
• Monitoring/improving practice performance
• Staff rota's
• Budget control
• Complaint handling
• Business strategy
  
   

Package and Benefits

• £70,000-£75,000 + bonus
• 5 weeks holiday
• CPD starts at £1200 and then increases year by year
• RELOCATION PACKAGES POSSIBLE
  
   

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• RCVS registration
• Minimum 5 years experience
