Veterinary Surgeon – Exotic Caseload
Durham
If you are an experienced Vet in the Durham area, looking for that work/ life balance, this could be the practice for you!
This well-known and respected, RCVS accredited, nurse training practice opened 1988 as the first dedicated small animal practice in Durham City and has established a great reputation based on excellence in clinical care provided by a friendly and familiar team.
They are currently an 8.5 Vet team and looking to expand. The main branch is extremely well equipped including fully equipped laboratory, digital X-Ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, in house cytology and ECG. There are also two satellite branches, one of which has been recently extended to include a full surgical suite.
The Role:
• 4 days per week (9 hour days)
• 1 in 4 Saturdays
• No OOH
The Candidate:
This position is ideal for a Veterinary Surgeon with an interest in exotics. The role will be a 50/50 small/ exotic split. You will be working with a collaborative team who are committed to building the exotic case load and facilities further.
