Job Details

Our client is looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Small Animal Vet who is either an experienced Clinical Director or someone who is looking at taking the next step.

The practice is well established and has loyal and varied client base. There has always been stability at the practice but as the practice is always looking forward, they are looking for a Clinical Director to take over from the current team member who is due to retire. The current Vet/Director wishes to hand over the reins to someone who can continue to build on the unique culture and great team, that is already in place.

The client is an RCVS Accredited Tier 3, 3 centre, hospital-based practice nestled between the sea and the South Downs National Park with great transport connections for London, Brighton and Southampton.

They are looking for a confident, experienced veterinary surgeon who is keen to further their career in a Clinical Director role. In addition to having a strong desire to promote a very high standard of clinical patient and client care, you will also enjoy managing and empowering a highly motivated and committed team. Management experience is not essential, but the right attitude and desire to be both a leader and a team player/builder most certainly is. You will be joining a team of 3 vets, 9 x RVN’s, 6 x SVN’s and a full reception and practice management team.

As the client has a flexible working approach, they are open to applications from permanent or fixed term candidates who have a proven track record, within a Senior or Management capacity. The client offers an excellent package with a salary up to £85k pa and a bonus of £25k at the end of the first year if successful. This is a second to none opportunity for a candidate to join an established team where you will be rewarded for pushing the practice forward and continuing with its successful growth.
