Medivet Streatham are seeking a confident Veterinary Surgeon to join their busy clinic.

The practice is well known in South London; it has an extremely loyal client following and well established team of vets and nurses. The role will provide the successful candidate with a wide range of cases and a lovely working environment. You should have at least 3 years of UK veterinary experience and should be confident working as a senior veterinary surgeon. 

The suitable candidate will be a dynamic individual with exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients quickly. The successful candidate will be expected to be confident in all aspects of routine surgery, first opinion consulting and medical cases.

The role allows for a good work life balance, working 4 days a week. This is a maternity contract role with a duration of 6-12 months, starting in June 2021.

Salary & Benefits:

A competitive package of up to £55,000 per annum pro rata (depending on experience), which includes accommodation allowance and a vehicle or vehicle allowance

£1,500 CPD allowance with 3 days’ CPD leave per annum or pro rata and in-house CPD training

5 weeks annual leave, plus bank holidays
