An excellent opportunity for a keen farm animal vet to gain further experience and postgraduate qualifications in livestock health. Clinical and teaching duties are split between our farm practice, providing a comprehensive veterinary service for local farmers, and the herd health team which attend farms to undertake herd investigations and monitor performance. You should be MRCVS (or eligible). Generous study time is provided to allow the resident to achieve a diploma level postgraduate qualification and further progression is encouraged.
The resident will be given guidance from RCVS recognised specialists, diploma and certificate holders.
The post is for a fixed term of 3 years.
