The Role

Are you an experienced Veterinary Surgeon that has the enthusiasm and ideas to take Cater Veterinary Practice forward in the role of Clinical Director?

This exciting leadership role involves working closely with the rest of the team on a day-to-day basis, working up your own cases and providing clinical support and guidance. You will also have general management responsibilities which will include HR and finance.

  • The role is full time (35 - 40 hours per week)
  • 1:4 Saturdays (9-2 pm)
  • No OOH

About Us

We are a friendly and hardworking team at Llandudno's longest established Veterinary Practice, proud to have been offering a personal and caring service to our clients and their pets for over 50 years. Situated in a beautiful part of North Wales, we are close to Snowdonia and Anglesey, as well as offering easy links to Liverpool and Manchester. The Practice is well equipped, with Digital X-rays, Ultrasound, Capnography, Laser Therapy etc. We also have our own in-house Idexx Lab. We are a RCVS accredited and Nurse training practice.

Applicant Requirements

We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon who is motivated, highly competent clinically and has strong communication skills. The ideal candidate would be a 'people person' who takes a genuine interest in their work environment and is a real team player. Management experience is preferred, although applicants who can demonstrate strong leadership qualities will also be considered.
