The role: Joining our professional, personable team in our Balderton practice, you’ll deliver exceptional care by going beyond consulting to listen and empathising, putting patients and clients first, always.

This is a full time role working four days per week, part time will also be considered.

As qualified MRCVS, you’ll already have good experience gained in small animal practice. You’ll be competent in clinical examination and surgery and confident working sole charge or as part of the wider team. Sharing our values being trustworthy, caring and progressive, you will have all the softer skills essential to working effectively, building trusting relationships with your colleagues, harnessing our one team culture. You will also display good communication skills and the desire to share your knowledge and skills by being an outstanding, positive example to others.

Salary up to £65,000 dependent on experience
5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays for full time

Skills and experience: You must be a registered Veterinary Surgeon with the RCVS.
Confidence working sole charge is essential.

Branch: Balderton is a spacious practice close to Newark town centre with good links to the A46. We have a full range of veterinary services and facilities, including a garden and cat-friendly areas.
We offer exceptional client and patient care. Our facilities include digital radiography, endoscopy and much more. As well as our in-house services at Medivet Balderton, you’ll also get access toall the services available across the entire Medivet group, which include MRI and CT
