An exciting opportunity has arisen for a competent veterinary surgeon to join our team at our busy 24 hour hospital in Alder.
The role would suit a vet who is currently working towards or has a surgical certificate. The successful applicant should be confident in simple orthopaedic surgeries and enjoy a mix of both surgical and first opinion work. You will be working alongside a large varied team which consists of Veterinary Surgeons, imaging Vet and a Hospital Vet to contribute to the overall success of the clinic.
This is a full time role working over 4 days per week with 1:6 full weekends however a 7 on 7 off work pattern could also be considered.
Salary & Benefits
Vehicle or vehicle allowance £2,500

Skills and experience:
You must be a Veterinary Surgeon registered with the RCVS.
Alder 24 hour hospital has recently undergone a refurbishment and has facilities such as dental xray, ultrasound, in house lab, endoscopy, laparoscopy and CT.
The hospital has a dedicated night team and takes referrals from the other Medivet branches in the region.
