Job Details
A highly reputable and established practice in the Watford area are looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their team.
The practice:
The practice pride themselves on offering a comprehensive range of services and facilities. They have a range of in house diagnostic services and are equipped with full surgical facilities including:
ECG, Dental X-ray and suite, Ultrasound and digital X-Ray, Blood machines etc.
The practice is 100% small animal with 7 Veterinary Surgeons, 5 registered nurses and a fantastic support team! Many of the team hold Certificates in Medicine, ECC and working towards Cardiology, Dentistry and Feline Medicine.
The role:
This role is responsible for delivering clinical care to the practices patients and client care to their owners. This includes making all interactions with clients fully focused on delivering value, exceptional service and bringing warmth to the clients.
You will be an experienced Veterinary Surgeon with a minimum of 4 years UK experience and be capable of sole charge consulting and operating. Having an interest in surgery would be a benefit as they have a strong medical team in place.
You would need a car as you would most likely be working at both a branch surgery and one of the main surgeries.
4 day week (38 Hours)
1 in 6 weekends (Sat/ Sun) plus 1 in 8 Saturdays with time off in Lieu
No OOH
26 days holiday
RCVS fees paid
CPD allowance
Private medical
