The role:

We are seeking a veterinary surgeon to come and join the team at our Burton-on-Trent practice.

The role allows for a good work life balance by working 39 hours a week over 4 days. You will also be part of a 1:3  or a 1:6 full weekend rota, with a 1:2 half Saturday's initially.

You will ideally have 2 + years veterinary experience, you will be working with a very experienced vet and some sole charge will be required. We are looking for a vet who is interested in career progression who is keen to develop and grow our Burton-on-Trent practice.

Salary & benefits:

Accommodation allowance £5,400

Vehicle or vehicle allowance £2,500

CPD allowance with CPD leave £1,500

VDS, RCVS, BVA fees paid

Total package up to £60,000 dependent on experience

Branch:

Burton is a friendly practice who bond over their full practice tea breaks. The team consists of 1 other vet, 2 RVN's and 2 PCA's.

The practice is close to the A38 and 20 minutes from Derby city centre and less than 45 minutes away from Nottingham and Birmingham.
