Role: Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon

Location: DONCASTER, South Yorkshire.

Hours: Permanent, 40 hours a week

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

VetFinders are recruiting for our client in Doncaster, South Yorkshire, home to the Doncaster Rovers football team and the very popular Yorkshire wildlife park. They are in the need of an experienced Veterinary Surgeon, with immediate effect.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a well-respected and experienced team of specialists in the area, having recently opened a new practice, to hospital standard, this is a very exciting opportunity to join and grow with the existing team.

About the practice:

A very busy small animal practice with a passionate, family feel, close knit team, that is dedicated to offering compassionate care to the pets and people of Doncaster.

You will be joining a team of 8 vets, 5 RVN’s, 4 SVN’s and a wonderful support team of 13. Team working and respecting each other is key to our success.

We will be hosting Vets Now and so there is no OOH or Bank Holiday Work. We encourage continuity of care

The Role:

We are looking for a vet surgeon who holds the same values as the team, with some experience to be able to carry out most medical, surgical procedures and consultations of general practice. All candidates with a medical bias would be seen as advantageous.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience, this is not essential, but preferred.

This role is being offered on a permanent basis at 40 hours per week, with 2 in 7 Saturday mornings 8am-12pm, most weekdays days 8hrs.
