Surgery Information / Job Description
We are looking for an experienced part time vet surgeon to join our team of 3 Vets (plus locums) 4 Nurses, 1 SVN, 2VCAs and a supportive reception team at our Warrington Riverside practice.
We are a well-equipped small animal practice benefiting from a dedicated operating theatre with multi-parameter anaesthetic monitoring, automatic blood pressure monitor, digital x-ray, dental unit, ultrasound, separate cat, dog and isolation/quiet wards, in house IDEXX lab equipment, etc.
We are a RCVS Accredited practice, and hold ISFM Cat Silver Award and RAWF Rabbit Silver Award. We strive for excellent patient care in a friendly team environment.
Person Specification
The role is 2 week days plus 1 or 2 weekends in 4, on a rota basis. (23-27 hrs per week) with no OOH. The successful applicant will have good general surgical and medical experience and an interest in rabbit medicine would be an advantage, Candidates will also work well in a team and have an excellent customer focus.
