Job Details

Our West Yorkshire based client require an experienced small animal veterinary surgeon to join their team in a lead vet capacity.

There will be  some sole charge in this role, working with a small team of nurses and support staff.  Therefore the successful candidate will be happy with most routine oft tissue surgical cases and medical work ups.  It is expected that the successful candidate will have around 3 years experience.  Ideally, candidates will be looking to complete a medical based or surgical certificate.

The practice is a well equipped small animal, first opinion branch with 3 consult rooms, digital X-Ray, ultrasound, full labs etc.  

This role will suit a vet looking to expand their experience into business management and well as clinical excellence.  It is a gateway to larger scope management roles or partnerships in the future.

The rota is a 4 day week with 1 in 3 weekends.  39 hours per week.

An exceptional package of upto £70k will be offered and a vehicle is available if required.
