Companion Care Vets in Ashford, Kent has a rare opportunity for an experienced Vet to join our team.

You will be part of a friendly and supportive team made up of 5 Vets, 5 RVNs, 2 Student Nurses and 4 Receptionists. The practice sees a wide variety of cases and has loyal bonded clients.

As a team, we work hard but appreciate the importance of a good work/life balance - our Vets work a 35 hour week to enable this. We are ideally located for excellent transport links into London, as well as having the Euorstar/Channel Tunnel/Port of Dover on our doorstep, ideal for a quick getaway to Europe. Our practice is extremely well equipped with digital x-ray, ultrasound etc, as well as endoscopic and laparoscopic equipment  - so it would be ideal for somoene who wants to learn more or already had a special interest in this area.

Person Specification

We welcome applications from anyone who thrives on variety and enjoys the day-to-day buzz of 1st opinion practice, ideally with a minimum of 2 year’s experience.

This is a full time role (35 hours) with a weekend rota of 1.5 in 4 and no OOH. We encourage and support CPD so if you have a particular area of interest, we may be the practice for you!
