Interested in working for a prestigious practice awarded RCVS Hospital status?
The practice is based in Leicester in the East Midlands and are currently seeking a Small animal Vet Surgeon!
You will join a friendly and enthusiastic team of vets (including seven certificate holders) and nurses (including a surgical diploma holder) at the hospital. This hospital also has a longstanding referral service, backed up by a dedicated first opinion team and their own on-site OOH service.It is a well-equipped modern Tier 3 hospital premises on the edge of the city of Leicester. Training and CPD, both in-house and externally, are encouraged - as is excellence of clinical and client care.
They have all the usual kit including CT, digital x-ray, ultrasound, a range of endoscopes, ASIF and Synthes kits, TPLO/TTA, arthroscopy, Biomedtrix THR kits, and visiting MRI.
Role:
4 day week, with a fixed day off
A Saturday cover of 1:4 – 8:30 - 14:00 – one of which is a full day 08.30 – 19.00 and one in 15; full day Sunday (very experienced vets only). They have our own dedicated ECC vet & nurse teams, so no night work.
