Job Details

Our client in the Southend area of Essex require a veterinary surgeon with around 12 months experience to join their team.  Suitable candidates will be happy with routine soft tissue surgeries and medical cases and will be happy with occasional sole charge and home visits.

The role will involve working across a small number of practices providing rota support.  This allows successful candidates to work with a number of different vets so great for development, whist being able to consider fixed locations in the future.  As the role covers multiple practices, a driving license is essential.  A car is available.

Practice equipment includes;

  • Digital X-Ray
  • Orthopaedic theater
  • Ultrasound
  • Pet blood bank

The working week will be based on a 4 day week working 1 in 6 full weekends.
