Clinical Director - Excellent salary package on offer up to £75,000

We currently have a fantastic opening for a Clinical Director to join a fabulous small animal practice based in North East Greater London / Essex Boarder.

•             Full time - 8.30am - 7.30pm 4 days a week, with a full day off.

•             Weekend duties 1 in 6 full weekends (consulting Saturday 9am - 4pm and Sunday 10.30am - 12pm)

•             1 in 6 Saturday morning (consulting 9 - 1pm)

•             One evening on call per week either 7pm - 10pm Monday to Thursday or Fridays from 7pm - 8pm. Outside these times you will also be responsible for in patients care/liaising with the 24/7 on site nursing team as required by rota system.

•             Salary £65,000.00 to £75,000.00, DOE

We are looking for a Clinical Director with 7-9+ years clinical experience to support and mentor junior members of the team. The ideal candidate must have good communication skills and experience managing a team and being a great leader. They must have looked after finances/budget in previous role and be used to performing one to ones and PDR’s. They will oversee the hospital and 2 sister branches.
