Equine Veterinary Surgeon

Assistants post available (with long term partnership prospects for the right person) in an equine practice in the beautiful Tywi Valley in West Wales.

We have a very mixed caseload of ambulatory and clinic based work comprising an interesting mix of medical cases, reproductive work, surgery and lameness.

Our clinic is purpose built with a fully equipped operating theatre, padded knock down box and stabling for 9 in-patients. All the usual toys, including high quality ultrasonography, DR radiography, 3m video endoscope, arthroscopy etc.

Generous CPD allowance, 4 day week and equally shared 1 in 4 rota. Salary commensurate with experience.
