Dick White Referrals in partnership with The University of Nottingham

We invite applications to join the rotating internship programme at our rapidly expanding, multi-disciplinary referral practice in Six Mile Bottom, Cambridge, UK.

Successful applicants will start on 3rd February 2020 and will receive advanced training and tuition over a twelve month period in anaesthesia, clinical pathology, dermatology, diagnostic imaging, internal medicine,
neurology/neurosurgery, oncology, ophthalmology, orthopaedics and soft tissue surgery, each supervised by recognised specialists in each field. Further information about our referral centre can be found on our website: www.dickwhitereferrals.com

Successful applicants will be based at Dick White Referrals, but will be offered the opportunity to enrol as postgraduate students at the University of Nottingham, enabling them to complete the School of Veterinary Medicine and Science’s post-graduate certificate programme. The programme is largely based on clinical training, but also includes a research project. Being part of the wider university provides access to a range of generic post-graduate training and excellent library facilities, including online journal access. Tuition fees and a stipend are awarded as part of the studentship and off-site accommodation is provided.

Applicants must hold a veterinary degree and be registered as members of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. Applicants must be eligible for UK or EU higher education tuition fees. If your first language is not English, we will require evidence of your competence in English at the time of application in the form of an IELTS score of at least 7.5 (with no less than 7.0 in any element).

Deadline for applications: 19th October 2019 (likely interview dates week beginning 11th November 2019)

To apply please email your CV, covering letter, names of 2 referees and, where required evidence of English language requirements, by clicking the apply button.

Informal enquires welcome.
