Medivet Heacham are currently seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to lead their friendly team.
 
The practice is situated in the beautiful Seaside Village on the North West Norfolk coast. Our well-established branch comes well-equipped with digital x-rays, ultrasound, dental facilities, in-house laboratory and much more!
 
We are looking for someone keen to establish themselves as a Lead Vet whilst working in a supportive network. You must be an experienced vet with a client-oriented approach and excellent communication skills, work to a very high standard both medically and surgically and have the drive and ambition to help develop this practice further. You will be confident working sole charge at times with the ability to make sound clinical judgement. 
 
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' UK small animal practice (or UK equivalent) experience. Ideally you will have some experience leading a small team or have a willingness to gain that experience with some close mentoring in leadership and branch management.

The role is full time working a 4 day week plus weekend rota, no on-call or OOH giving you an excellent work-life balance. Please note for this role you will also be required to work at our nearby Hunstanton practice.
