We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team as Head Veterinary Nurse at our small animal practice in North Oxford. Conveniently located, the practice is in walking distance of Oxford City Centre. The City is known worldwide as the home of the University of Oxford and is a great place for shopping, restaurants and must see attractions.

The practice has a small team and is made up of one vet and two nurses; you will also have the support of our 24-hour hospital in Woodstock located three miles away.

This role would suit someone who is ready to take the next step into a Head Nurse position or who has previous Head Nurse experience, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' qualified experience.

You will have clinical coaching experience, keen to support and develop our student nurses and not be afraid to get stuck in with the duties and lead by example. You will be fully supported within your move and we will offer full management training with our dedicated in-house internal training team.

You’ll have a friendly and positive attitude and want to progress and expand your knowledge and skills further.
