A fantastic multi vet, multi-site practice group are seeking a Lead Vet who likes to inspire and motivate others, Is that you?

Our client is a progressive 11 Vet 16 nurse practice operating over 3 sites.They are looking for their next Lead Vet. They are a very friendly group of people and the practice is well equipped with the usual toys you would expect to carry out solid 1^st opinion veterinary services.

The Role 

As an experienced Vet Surgeon, you will be highly patient focused, possessing first class communication skills with your clients and colleagues alike. You will also possess leadership skills either through a previous role or perhaps you may be craving the next step up the career ladder.

The client is very open minded in what format the successful candidate might look like, which is a testament to the way they approach the veterinary business. You will be juggling clinical work load with mentoring others, getting involved in the management of the practice with wider support.

About You 

To be considered as an experienced Vet Surgeon for this role, you’ll be: 

- RCVS registered

- At least 4 years UK experience in a UK practice,
