Independent Mixed Practice, truly rural location in Northern England, but still within an hour of Newcastle & Carlisle, requires a vet to join our 4.5 vet team.

Genuine 1 in 5 rota. Main premises and 2 branch surgeries. 30% Farm, 5% Equine, 65% SA.

We are a truly mixed practice where you would be part of a group of like minded GP vets where less experienced vets can learn in a very supportive environment. Case discussions and vet meetings regularly.

Private health insurance, pension scheme, 5 days CPD funded, subscriptions paid, Salary discussed at interview, accommodation paid & vehicle provided.

We need someone to muck in without worrying about getting their hands dirty! Cake making helpful, but eating is essential.

Our location in the North Pennines is perfect for outdoor pursuits with Hamsterley Mountain Bike park next door, Skiing at Yadmoss & Weardale Ski slopes, sailing at Derwent Reservoir and any amount of walking and biking.
