Practice Site: Westmoor (Tavistock)
Westmoor Veterinary Hospital can trace its origins back to 1920. Westmoor has evolved into a state of the art, seven vet small animal practice with twenty-four hour nursing that exists today. The veterinary surgeons in the practice have strong interests in ophthalmology, soft tissue surgery, orthopaedics, medicine and diagnostics.
Westmoor Veterinary Hospital is located in the beautiful town of Tavistock, West Devon and we are looking for a full time RVN to work in our forward thinking RCVS accredited small animal hospital. The practice has invested in the latest up to date equipment in order to provide you with the best possible working environment including modern anaesthetic monitoring equipment and a ventilator.
The role is based on a 40 hour weekly rota to include a share of out of hours. Our emphasis is on excellent patient care so you will play a key role in caring for our inpatients as well as looking after surgical cases and running nurse clinics. Special interests are fully supported and encouraged. You will work with a welcoming team of patient care assistants and nurses and a team of friendly vets including Ophthalmology and Medicine certificate holders.
