As a vet with specialist avian experience, the Veterinary Advisers provide technical support to internal and external customers.  Reporting to the Business Head and working in a team of vets and account managers, you will share your technical knowledge and develop strong relationships to ensure the continued success of our products.

You will be passionate about animal health and a confident communicator who enjoys problem solving, gains satisfaction from sharing their expert knowledge with others and supporting colleagues to deliver commercial objectives.

The role is varied, as you will provide technical advice on all aspects of the use, efficacy and safety of BI Avian veterinary products to other avian professionals and internal stakeholders, as well as ensuring compliance with pharmacovigilance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent service through the provision of accurate and informed responses to technical enquiries responses to technical enquiries

  • Work closely with the technical, marketing and sales teams internally
  • Assisting in the design, management and analysis of product field trials
  • Support the effective investigation, management and resolution of customer complaints and suspected adverse events, while also ensuring statutory requirements are met.

Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years' Avian / Poultry veterinary experience
  • Strong planning and prioritisation skills
  • Strong stakeholder management within the Poultry / Avian industry
