The Practice

The Role 

As the Head Vet, you will have several key responsibilities, notably:

• Patient/clinical care
• client care
• Scope to drive the practice revenue forward
• Teamwork

You will also be mentoring another Vet and support staff, having outside support from the group both from a clinical and non-clinical perspective.  
About You 

To be considered as an experienced Vet Surgeon, you’ll be: 

- RCVS registered

 
AND 

- At least 4 years UK experience in a UK practice, you’ll have experience of working in a busy first opinion environment.

Willingness to expand your clinical skills by undertaking additional courses to further your knowledge of the would also be an advantage. This would be supported by the practice. Experience in mentoring others would also be a distinct advantage, those holding previous senior roles are of particular interest, although not essential as the drive you can demonstrate to succeed.
